NSF Financial Support Awarded to the Group!

Our work to explore the low-frequency EPR properties of metal ions was recently selected for funding by the NSF. The financial support of the award will enable the exploration of a strategy to harness the extreme sensitivity of molecule-based electronic spin quantum bits toward new applications in biosensing. The work will be done in collaboration with the EPR center at the University of Denver, and coworkers on this project will get to travel there (and other national EPR facilities) to perform experiments.
